This position works as a part of our controls engineering team to design, install, program, and start up control systems, HMI's, and reporting systems for production lines.
Redesign, fix and repair control systems to improve productivity and develop preventative maintenance procedures for production controls.
This includes training the maintenance personnel and supervision of vendor/installation activity, developing and coding programs for PLC's, Drives and PC's in order to control the various processes related to the manufacturing of cable and report important metrics.
This includes design/ layout of various electrical control systems, electrical system checkout and support during installation and utilize the CAD system to design and maintain system drawings.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
A completed Bachelors degree and at least 1 year of experience working with Allen Bradley PLC's and drive controllersExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work optimally with vendors and suppliers to resolve process and component issues.
Good mechanical aptitude and strong verbal and written communications skillsYou Will Excite Us If You Have:

years relevant process or design controls engineering experience.
Proficiency in running large scale projects.
Knowledge of extrusion processes, Statistical Process Control methodologies and Design of Experiments for process optimization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
